DIY Painted Rug Stencil

We are in the middle of a basement redo. College couch is on it's way out and the new couch we ordered will be delivered on Friday!!! I am a little too excited. This means an overhaul for the basement, new paint, curtains, rug entertainment center, the whole thing. So in my search for rugs I have had a hard time find the "one" The idea of painting my own was becoming more and more appealing but I was having a hard time convincing my husband that cheap rug and spray paint could become the basement solution. Enter Vecco.
They sell everything you need for DIY rug painting.
Complete Rug kits with the rug, paint, sealant, and stencil. Seriously everything you would need to make a rug yourself. It takes the scary out, and it convinces husbands when they can see the end result.
They even have kits for large area rugs like we will need in the basement and they have some really fun designs that still let you control the finished look.
Perhaps a whole kit is not something you need, they sell the stencils by themselves so you can pick up a stencil and paint your own rug. (only 7.99 so it is not a pocket book buster)

So check them out today and brighten up a room with a new area rug.
